BTB GmbH and PRO DV Software AG joint to develop and market products and IT solutions for the public finance area.

PRO DV Software AG, expert in process optimising business solutions also for the public finance area besides other areas, will work jointly with BTB GmbH on new, smart and efficient solutions especially for private and publicly supported banks. The planned cooperation is mainly focusing on the execution of requirements analysis and the ensuing generation of software systems, as well as on its distribution and realisation of workshops, consulting services, and installations in the area of software systems, and the retail of the developed products. A corresponding contract is already in coordination. The companies will ascertain the technical operations, the sales activities, and the first projects on the agenda on a scheduled workshop. 

PRO DV provides due to its finance subsidiary PRO DV Financial Solutions GmbH a long-time experience and expertise in the public finance area. PRO DV Financial Solutions has specialised in products and consulting services for financial service providers like private and publicly supported banks and insurance companies. The company’s portfolio includes cash management, performance management, credit risk management (statement analysis), and the implementation of the corresponding (web) services, besides other attributes.
